Figure 4 Resin Cartridge HI TEMP 300-AMB
High Thermal-Resistance, Translucent Amber Plastic for Flow Visualization (HDT >300 °C)Figure 4 HI TEMP 300-AMB is an ultra-high temperature plastic for use in applications requiring high heat resistance. With heat deflection temperature of over 300 °C at both low and high stress (HDT at 0.455 and 1.82 MPa), this material is well suited for the testing of high temperature components in applications including HVAC, consumer appliances, motor enclosures, stators, molds and the like. It does not require a secondary thermal post-cure.Download Brochure here
VisiJet M2S-HT250 Resin Cartridge
A strong, rigid material with best-in-class heat deflection temperature of 250 °C for functional testing in high heat environmentsVisiJet M2S-HT250 is a strong, rigid, translucent material with best-in-class heat deflection temperature (HDT) of 250°. This high thermal resistance makes VisiJet M2S-HT250 ideal for tooling, manufacturing aids and high temperature functional prototyping applications. In the Durable Goods and Automotive industries, uses include those requiring hot fluid and gas flow, as well as thermal shielding and insulation.Download Brochure here
VisiJet M2S-HT90 Resin Cartridge
High temperature resistant, Biocompatible*, transparent VisiJet M2S-HT90 delivers heat resistance with high heat deflection temperature at 90°C, enabling the production of tools and dies for thermoforming, eggshell molding or injection molding, prototype testing in warm environments, such as under the hood parts, enclosures and housings, heated fluids and gasses flow analysis for the durable goods and automotive industries. This transparent material is also capable of meeting USP Class VI standards for biocompatibility, to be used for printing medical devices where biocompatibility is required and fine features and small internal structures are needed for lattice structure or fluid flow channels. * Biocompatibility is based on testing by an independent testing lab on a single geometry and sample set per USP Class VI. Users should confirm fitness for use and biocompatibility for their applications. Download Brochure here
5 Ways to Store 3D Printer Filament 3D printer filament materials such as PLA, ABS, TPU and PETG require special storage equipment as they are fairly delicate materials. They're easily destroyed by natural elements such as excess or lack of humidity, dust and atmospheric aerosol particles.
