FiberForce PLA PRO-HT 3D filament
PLA PRO HT is a professional grade PLA compound. Once post annealed (110°C in oven for 20 minutes) it reaches superior mechanical and temperature resistance and temperature resistance. This material brings the user to have much higher performances when compared to ABS, but printing as easy as common PLA.
FiberForce NYLFORCE GLASS FIBER 3D filament
Filament composed by nylon charged with glass fibres, allows precise prints and it’s a great choice for technical and mechanical purposes. It has a noticeable tensile strenght and stiffness, over a very high impact strength. Despite being engineering grade and abrasive material, it is easy to print with the most common desktop printers.
FiberForce NYLFORCE CARBON FIBER-CARBON BLACK 3D filament
Filament composed by a tough nylon reinforced with a high content of carbon fibres, it’s perfect for precise and stable prints of objects that need to resist to high-temperatures, strains and impacts. Despite being engineering grade and abrasive material, it is easy to print with the most common desktop printers. It is a special professional material unique in its kind.
Markforged Kevlar CFF Spool 3D filament
Kevlar CFF™ (Continuous Filament Fabrication) Spools. Kevlar has the best abrasion resistance and is our most flexible fiber material. For when you need parts that are durable and resistant to impact, Kevlar will take the blow. What is Kevlar? Kevlar is a synthetic fiber developed and produced by DuPont. Known for its light weight and toughness, it is traditionally used in products such as tires, sails, rope, and protective equipment.
Markforged Onyx FR Filament Spool 800cc 3D filament
Onyx FR achieves V-0 rating on the UL94 flammability test while possessing similar mechanical properties to Onyx. It’s best for applications in which lightweight, high strength, and self-extinguishing properties are desired. Onyx FR only prints on the Industrial Series Printers.
Markforged Onyx Filament Spool 800cm3 3D filament
Onyx is Nylon mixed with chopped carbon fiber offers a high-strength thermoplastic with excellent heat resistance, surface finish, and chemical resistance. Onyx serves as a thermoplastic matrix for Markforged’s composite parts. It can be printed alone or reinforced with one of our continuous fibers to give strength comparable to aluminum. Use Onyx for anything from tooling and fixtures to end-use parts. How strong is Onyx? Onyx has a flexural strength of 71 MPa (10.3 ksi). For more information on Onyx material properties, check out the data sheet. What is the difference between chopped carbon fiber and continuous carbon fiber? Chopped carbon fiber is what is mixed into Onyx filament giving it high stiffness and strength. Continuous carbon fiber is a reinforcement fiber that can be printed in long strands, creating composite parts many times stronger and stiffer than Onyx.
Markforged Fiberglass CFF Spool 50cm3 3D filament
The Markforged 50cm3 Fiberglass CFF Spool is a high quality specialist 3D printing material for use with the Markforged range of 3D printers, at an affordable cost. Fibreglass filament provides a strength similar to Carbon Fibre, but with a lower stiffness (approx. 40% as stiff) and is only 2x the weight, as well as being electrically insulating. However, when compared to other materials which are available to reinforce composite materials such as Onyx, the flexural strength of fiberglass shows it to be leagues above the alternatives. Whilst PLA and ABS have the flexural strength equivalent to 75 MPa, Fiberglass can bend under forces without breaking until 215 MPa. Fibreglass is used with the CFF (Composite Filament Fabrication) nozzle to add reinforcing fibres to the Nylon or Onyx printed part. The Fiberglass CFF Spool is the perfect solution when printing parts that are required to be stiff yet still affordable. Examples of use cases include: functional prototypes, jigs, fixtures and end use parts. The Markforged Fiberglass CFF Spool is compatible with Mark One, Mark One Professional, Mark Two, Mark Two Professional, Mark Two Enterprise, Onyx Pro, Markforged X5 and Markforged X7 (formerly known as Mark X) models.
Markforged Carbon Fiber CFF Spool 150cm3 3D filament
The backbone of aluminum-strength composite parts as strong as 6061-T6 Aluminum extremely stiff and strong high performance, superior and lightweight material For use on Mark Two and X7 printers only Not compatible with Onyx One, Onyx Pro, X3 or X5 printers
Markforged Fiberglass CFF Spool 150cm3 3D filament
Fiberglass gives you 5 times the strength of Onyx parts alone Strength like Carbon Fibre Use for a wide variety of strong, robust parts To print parts that are required to be stiff yet still affordable For Use on Onyx Pro, Mark Two, X5 and X7 Systems only. Not compatible with Onyx One or X3. 150cm3 Continuous Fiberglass Filament
Markforged High Temp Fiberglass CFF Spool 50cm3 3D filament
The 50cm3 Markforged High Temp Fiberglass CFF spool provides material with the highest impact resistance and highest heat deflection temperature of all of Markforged continuous fibres. Compared to alternative materials, the High Temp Fiberglass CFF spool shows a heat deflection temperature of 150° C, compared to 97° C in parts printed from ABS and 52° C in parts printed from PLA. For Use on Markforged Mark Two and X7 Systems Only. Not compatible with Onyx One, Onyx Pro, X3 or X5 Systems 50cm3 Continuous High Temperature Fiberglass Filament
Markforged Carbon Fiber CFFTM Filament Spool 50 cm3 3D filament
Carbon Fiber CFF™ (Continuous Filament Fabrication) Spools. Carbon fiber is high performance, superior and lightweight. It has the highest strength to weight ratio for 10 times the strength of Onyx. Carbon fiber reinforcement is perfect for applications requiring the greatest possible stiffness and strength but as light a feather. We also recommend you purchase an additional Nylon spool for every CFF spool. What is carbon fiber? Carbon fiber is a thin filament made up of carbon atoms organized into a crystalline structure. Because of its very high stiffness and strength it is widely used in the aerospace and automotive industries. How strong is carbon fiber? Carbon fiber has a flexural strength of 540 MPa (78.3 ksi) which is 20% higher than the yield strength of 6061 aluminum. Its tensile strength is 800 MPa (116 ksi), more than twice the ultimate tensile strength of aluminum.
FiberForce SMART ABS 3D filament
SMART ABS is a professional ABS-based material that is super performing in a wide range of applications. It offers advantages such as high heat resistance and direct printing on heated glass or printed surface. It is the best experience when using backing materials. 3 keywords define it perfectly: RELIABLE - FRIENDLY - EFFICIENT. Suggested printing temperature: 240-250°C Suggested printing speed: 40-80mm/s Suggested bed temperature: 90-110°C
