IDEAL FOR APPLICATIONS REQUIRING RIGID MECHANICAL FUNCTION AND MODERATE FLEX. BOASTS EXCEPTIONAL, SMOOTH WHITE FINISH.

VisiJet M2R-WT delivers the look and feel of injection molded plastic to most prototyping applications. Rigid function with moderate flex provides versatility in machining applications such as drilling, tapping and metal inserts. As a USP Class VI certified material with ISO 10993 biocompatibility, it enables use in medical applications such as surgical guides.

*Respectively replaces former VisiJet M2 RWT material.

High temperature resistant, Biocompatible*, transparent VisiJet M2S-HT90 delivers heat resistance with high heat deflection temperature at 90°C, enabling the production of tools and dies for thermoforming, eggshell molding or injection molding, prototype testing in warm environments, such as under the hood parts, enclosures and housings, heated fluids and gasses flow analysis for the durable goods and automotive industries. This transparent material is also capable of meeting USP Class VI standards for biocompatibility, to be used for printing medical devices where biocompatibility is required and fine features and small internal structures are needed for lattice structure or fluid flow channels. * Biocompatibility is based on testing by an independent testing lab on a single geometry and sample set per USP Class VI.
