Returns (if applicable)

You can use the Online Returns Center to return an item sold and shipped by 3D Ecommerce Limited C85402 Hereinafter referred to as (‘the ‘Company’’) within 14 days from the date of delivery, based on the terms and conditions policy set out below goods purchased may be returned for the following reasons:

– if the goods you purchased were delivered to you either: damaged, defective, not the one you ordered, or it does not conform to the sales contract.

After 14 days from delivery, you can get warranty assistance for the items sold by the Company by contacting our Customer Service at info@3de-shop.com.

After the lapse of 14 days from delivery of your purchase, should have not launched an official complaint for warranty assistance to the e-mail address provided above you hereby forfeit your right to any refund or exchange for any circumstance whatsoever.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase (Order No & Order Date). Any damage incurred to the items while returning them back for replacement or exchange shall be the responsibility of the sender and it is the sender who must bear the cost of damage incurred.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected by our operations team, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or to the original method of payment, within 14 days of approval of the refund. In case of any additional details required for processing the refund, our team will get in touch with a request for additional details for processing refunds.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@3de-shop.com.

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items or discounted offer items cannot be refunded.

Replacement or Exchange Terms (if applicable)

Items which are found to be defective or damaged will only be replaced after an inspection is carried out by 3DE-SHOP Operations Team. If you need to claim the replacement for your defective or damaged item, send us an email at info@3de-shop.com with Order No as Reference. Once Approved by Operations Team, please send the items to the following address below:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs for return items are non-refundable. If your items are Un-delivered and returned, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over INR.20000, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

All requests for refunds or repairs are subject to inspection by the Company. The Company will only accept the return of items sold directly by it. Good must be return in the same original packaging it was provided in and it the exact same way. All items must be properly secured, or this may also give right for the Company to reject the return. Upon receiving returned goods, the Company shall inspect such goods.  Should the packaging be missing, damaged or otherwise wrongly packed and should it be evident that the goods were damaged in transit. The Company reserves the right to reject the shipment.  If the Buyer damages alter or anyway tampers with the product whether physically or its software, the company reserves the right not to refund or repair the item.

Below is a list of items that cannot be returned as it is considered a consumable:

  • Used materials for printing

We ask all clients to contact us as described above prior to returning any items as they may not be eligible for return or we may assist telephonically in repairing or assisting with the proper operation of the product.
