1) Which payment methods do you accept?
Our payment methods are by credit card through Stripe.
You can also pay via bank transfer.
2) When will my order be processed?
You will receive a confirmation email when your order has been processed and is on its way to dispatch.
3) How can I check the status of my order and follow the shipment?

4) Can I cancel my order? Can I add, change or remove items from my order after it has been sent? If so, how can I do this?
Once an order has been sent, it can only be changed by contacting 3de-shop by sending an email to orders@3de-shop.com. Once an item has been packed or shipped, the order cannot be changed.
5) What are the shipping costs to my destination?
Shipping costs are calculated during the checkout process, just start filling in the field with your location and automatically the system will give the final price with shipping costs included.
6) Is it possible to pay by bank transfer?
Yes, of course. Any payment is before shipping.
7) Is it possible to pay by credit card?
Yes, of course: any credit card through Stripe system (you do not need to have an account)
8) What is the expiry date of consumables?
It is always indicated on the label.
9) Is VAT included?
The shipping costs of the products are net of VAT. This is a B2B e-shop.

Just go to "My account", enter your username or e-mail address and click on "Lost your password?".
15) I want to cancel my registration
The cancellation involves the removal of all personal data entered, processed in accordance with European Legislative Decree No. 679/2016, and the simultaneous deactivation of all services related to your registration.
You will no longer be able to access 3de-shop with your username and password to use the services and / or place orders. In order to have access to the services again, you will have to register again.
For any changes, we recommend that you simply go to 'My account'.
To cancel your registration, you must send an e-mail to info@3de-shop.com with the subject: "Cancellation".
16) When are orders dispatched?
Orders are usually dispatched within 24-72 working hours. Once shipped, you will receive an order confirmation with tracking information.
17) Can I change my order shipping location or billing information after I have submitted my order?
Please email us the details you wish to change with the order reference and contact name in the subject field and our order administration team will make the changes and inform you once they are complete.
