Shipping costs are calculated during the checkout process simply begin filling up the field with your location and automatically the system will give the final price with shipping charge included. You can review these costs before submitting your order.

Product costs shipping fees are exclusive of VAT, due a variation per each country. By cart session the final prices are inclusive of VAT.

The spare parts come directly from the producer not by 3DE-SHOP; they are free of charge but the repair service is not included: this remain an adding cost.

The cancellation involves the removal of all personal data entered, processed in compliance with the European Legislative Decree n. 679/2016., and the simultaneous deactivation of all services related to their registration.

It will therefore no longer be possible to access 3de-shop with your username and password to use services and/or proceed to order. To have access to the services again, you will have to proceed with a new registration.

For any changing it is advisable to simply change to “My Account”.

To delete your registration, you must send an e-mail to info@3de-shop.com with object: “Cancellation”

We only ship complete orders. If you need a specific item that is in stock, we recommended you place a separate order for that item.

Orders typically ship within 24-72 business hours

Please send an e-mail with details you’d like to change with order reference and contact name in the subject field; our order administration team will make the changes and notify you when completed.
